Brier Systems LLC operates BRIER, financial planning and scenario-modeling software currently available only in the United States.

During alpha development, users may provide:

• Waitlist or early-access contact information submitted voluntarily if those options become available.

Information generated through use of BRIER

BRIER may generate scenario and simulation outputs and, where applicable, account or application activity associated with use of the service.

Information collected automatically

Brier Systems may collect operational logs, security logs, limited product telemetry where applicable, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Brier Systems uses information to:

• Provide and operate BRIER.
• Perform requested simulations and product functions.
• Maintain accounts and provide support.
• Communicate about requested access or service matters.
• Secure the service and prevent abuse.
• Diagnose problems and improve BRIER.

Brier Systems does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Brier Systems retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating and securing BRIER, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining appropriate business records. Where available, account and data deletion controls and verified deletion requests will govern deletion of applicable user data, subject to legitimate legal, security, and operational requirements.

Users may contact privacy@briersystems.com regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to legal, security, operational, or record-retention requirements.

This policy may change as BRIER evolves. Brier Systems will revise the Last Updated date and communicate material changes where appropriate.
